During Dark Times

Mourn. Grieve. Cry. Scream. Kick. Thrash. Sob. Rinse. Wash. Repeat. Do it as many times as you need to. 

And after you’ve endured your internal maelstrom, you give yourself that time to just feel, rest, or feel nothing and just BE. 

After that, once the storm clouds have cleared, pick yourself up again. Find something, anything that gives you that joy, that spark to persevere. Find that ever present REASON to put one foot in front of the other and move forward. 

Difficult challenges make stronger warriors. Fall down 9 times get up 10. Do your best and overcome adversity.
